3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at ba 99 is ৳100. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The deposit amount is credited to the account only after successful verification.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
- Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
New members at ba 99 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000, and you must complete total wagering of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- A promotion may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in its terms.
- Transferring bonus funds directly to another account is prohibited.
- The original deposit amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- ba 99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent bonus claims, the account may be closed and all winnings forfeited.
5 Betting Rules
5.1 Betting Limits
ba 99 reserves the right to set maximum and minimum bet limits on any game or event. Individual betting limits may also be applied under certain circumstances.
5.2 Cancellations and Changes
If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of that bet will be determined according to the applicable market rules. ba 99 reserves the right to cancel any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

6 VIP Membership and Rewards
6.1 VIP Levels
ba 99's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to a higher level through regular betting activity. Cashback is paid on net weekly losses:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
- Silver: up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
- Gold: up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.
For example: as a Silver member, a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 earns ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
6.2 Changes to VIP Benefits
ba 99 may change VIP terms, cashback rates, or benefits at any time. Members will be notified of changes in advance wherever possible.
7 Personal Information and Privacy

8 Prohibited Activities
Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited on this platform:

ba 99's Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. All provisions of these Terms apply equally when using the app. Any transactions made through the app are governed by the same rules as the web platform.
12 Changes to Terms and Enforceability
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. ba 99 may amend any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms take effect from the date they are published on the site.
